After the commissioning of the new factory, the company officially transformed into a modern manufacturing enterprise integrating product design, mould development, production and manufacturing, and product assembly. At this stage, the company further focused and deepened its presence in the high-end cosmetic packaging container track, serving internationally renowned brands such as YSL, ESTEE LAUDER, BENTLEY, Charlotte Tilbury, and GUCCI. Meanwhile, the company has fully possessed integrated chain production and service capabilities, with a complete set of core technologies including product design, mould development, high-precision CNC machining, stamping, cold extrusion, polishing, oxidation, printing, surface treatment, and product assembly. It has realized full-process coverage from upstream R&D and design to downstream production and assembly, becoming an important supplier in the high-end cosmetic packaging field.

2020

Eagle Spreads Its Wings · Expanding Horizons

In 2020, the company launched a strategic upgrade, purchasing 25 mu of land in Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone, Nantong City for the construction of a modern factory, thus opening a new chapter of large-scale development. In March 2022, the construction of the new factory officially started, with a total construction area of 15,009.56 square meters. After careful preparation and construction, the new factory was successfully put into production in December 2023, with an annual production capacity jumping to over 100 million units. This achieved a leapfrog improvement in production scale and capacity, providing strong hardware support for serving larger-volume customers and expanding business scope.

In May 2007, Jaehawk Hardware Mould Factory of Luzhi, Wuzhong District, Suzhou City — the predecessor of Jiangsu Jaehawk Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. — was officially established, marking the enterprise's entry into the precision manufacturing field. During this period, the company focused its core business on the development of various moulds, the production and sales of precision mechanical components, and simultaneously devoted itself to the precision stamping process. Relying on solid technical accumulation and rigorous quality control, it laid a solid manufacturing foundation and established a good industry reputation for future development.
